Bless you, I can keep up with it better this way.
I had lost 7 lbs. when I saw the doctor yesterday. Now to just keep it up. Listening to Larry and Denise and You and Tim, I am trying to do better.
Gad, I just baked a batch of cookies and ate three of them. Darn.
Eating another one now. Darn, sure is good.
