Oh, well, I tried......

The other night I walked into my room and caught Jacob singing in the shower. He was singing "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot". It was Wednesday night and I can only assume that they had been singing it in children's choir at church that evening. Well, I did what any good mother would do, I grabbed the camera and videoed the shower door (you couldn't see anything, for those of you who don't know my house). Well, he just kept going so I sat the camera down, still recording and he continued his singing. Well, naturally he gets out and that part I couldn't show on the website for obvious reasons. He did discover the camera and we had a laugh about it and he wanted to sing for the camera. That was what I had planned on posting on the web. Well, I just discovered that I recorded over the whole thing last night at the football game. No, I was not recording the game, but the victory line that the players run through. It was made up of about 100 1st-5th graders, AKA the Pup Pound. Our mascot is a Bulldog. So, alas, I have no singing Jacob to post now. I'll have him do a command performance later. So, sorry.

Shoot, I was going to genealogy tomorrow so I could hear him sing. Does he have a good voice? I have never heard him sing.

Thanks for posting anyway. Wish I could have seen his face when he saw the camera.

Love, Mema
